We have CDs, DVDs, audio books, video games, online resources, computers with internet, WiFi, copying and fax services and of course books, all in one location. Plus children's programs, monthly events, reading and writing programs and more all at your Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam Library.

Library Account

Patrons must show military ID to determine eligibility. Library accounts will be created for the sponsor, and linked to dependents with military ID. 

Loan Period/Renewal

All items can be checked out for 3 weeks and renewed up to two times -- unless the item is on hold for another patron. Renewals can be made in person, over the phone, or on the website at milrec.bibliovation.com

Item Limits

No limit on books / 10 audiobooks / 10 DVDs / 6 video game accessories / 2 video games / 3 study guides /

1 video game console/ 2 board games

Renewals

Most material can be renewed two times -- by e-mail, in person, over the phone, or on the OPAC provided the patron does not have overdue material or the item is not on hold for another patron. 

Requests/Holds

Place holds at milrec.bibliovation.com. Choose Pearl Harbor-Hickam library to see which items belong to us. Holds cannot be placed for items not belonging to the Pearl Harbor-Hickam library. Call or visit for more information. 

You will be notified by email when your hold is available. After 7 days, any items not claimed will be returned to the shelf.

Computers/Internet 

The library offers 15 laptops for use in the library. Patrons must show military ID and have a library account to check one out. 1 ADA compliant computer is available. Any patron may use this computer, but if a patron requiring ADA access needs it, the previous patron will be asked to use a laptop instead.

Wifi is free from GoWifi or Navy MWR WiFi.

Copiers/Printers

A Xerox all-in-one printer is available for your copying, printing and faxing needs. Patrons are allowed a maximum of 20 pages. Ask at the front desk for paper.
