Glass containers, coolers, food and beverage (except water in single serve, clear, plastic bottle)
All bags to include backpacks, briefcases, fanny packs and cinch bags (Quart ziploc bag authorized 7" x 8")
(Diaper bags are permitted for formula, bottles, snacks, water, and changing supplies for infants ONLY. Please note that the bags will be searched.)
Umbrellas or luggage of any kind
Weapons of any kind and blades
Pets and animals with the exception of a service animal
Tents, sun shades and any chair taller than 32"

Important Event Information
Parking is available throughout the base. With main lots to include: Avenue D, Parking lot D, Mike Pier, and Bravo Pier
Please parked within marked stalls and follow all posted signage, as applicable.
Q: How can I pay for food & drinks?
A: Food & Drinks can be purchased using a credit card or cash. Note: Cash is recommended due to limitation on credit card sytems due to high volume
Q: Will there be ATM’s
A: ATM lines may be long so it is advised to bring cash with you ahead of time. ATMS will be located: On Ward Field, in the Bloch Arena parking lot, Kona Winds, and at the NEX Fleet Store. Lines may be long, it is advised to bring cash with you to the event.
Q: Can I bring food & drink?
A: Food and drink is not allowed inside the Ward Field event site except water for personal consumption in a single serve, clear, plastic bottle. Food will be available for purchase in the Bloch Arena Parking Lot. The family side will have food available for purchase at the NEX Fleet Store. Please see our full list of prohibited items.
Q: What if I have kids, can I bring their diaper bag and food & drinks?
A: Diaper bags are permitted for formula, bottles, snacks, water, and changing supplies for infants ONLY. Please note that the bags will be searched at entrance to Ward Field event.
Q: Are strollers permitted?
A: Strollers are permitted throughout the event sites.
Q: I want to see the concert. Can I bring my kids to the concert area?
A: You are welcome to bring your family to the concert area. Please note however, that it is a concert so it may be crowded, have high volume levels, and attendees will be in a "party" mood.
Q: Are pets allowed?
A: No, pets are not allowed at the event, with the exception of qualified service animals.
Q: Can I bring a tent or grill to the event?
A: No, tents and grills are on the prohibited items list. Please see our full list of prohibited items.
Q: Will there be shuttle buses?
A: No shuttle bus will be available.
Q: Where do I enter to win the prizes?
A: Entry is accepted online only. Visit the sponsor tent and scan the QR code to enter.
Q: Do I have to be present to win the prize drawings?
A: Yes, you do need to be present to win. You also need to be a DoD ID cardholder, 18 years or older and not an MWR employee. For the larger prizes (Southwest Airlines tickets, E-bikes), you must also be a U.S. citizen.
