Youth Fitness Orientation Program
Ages 10 - 14 years old

Educate your child to the fun and rewarding benefits of fitness. Parents can sign up their youth, ages 10 to 14 years old, for this FREE program. Classes are scheduled as listed below, and registration is required no later than Thursday prior to each class. Call to reserve your space as class size is limited. Youth must have a valid military ID card, be dressed in fitness attire, and must be accompanied by an adult to receive this orientation. Orientation includes a facility tour, safety guidelines, a cardio equipment usage demo and a review of the rules and regulations. Upon completion of this program the youth will be issued a youth fitness orientation card granting them access to only the cardio portion of the fitness area. The youth must present this card at any fitness center prior to their workout. Parent supervision is required at all times, and at no time will a child be left alone or allowed in the weight area due to safety reasons.

JBPHH Fitness Center - 471-2019: Every other Saturday at 9:00 a.m., call for dates.
Wahiawa Annex Fitness Center - 653-5542: By appointment only.
Hickam Fitness Center - 448-2214: Every first Saturday of the month at 9:00 a.m.

$40 per month for unlimited classes (between both centers)
Ages 13 and older
Kajukenbo is a street-oriented style of self-defense. In this class, you will focus on gaining self-confidence, learning discipline and respect, develop hand-eye coordination, and strengthen muscles. Your instructor, Lee Manibog, has over 25 years of martial arts experience and is an eighth-degree black belt in Kajukenbo. Register at the front desk of either fitness center.
