Kajukenbo is a street-oriented style of self-defense. In this class, you will focus on gaining self-confidence, learning discipline and respect, develop hand-eye coordination, and strengthen muscles. Your instructor, Lee Manibog, has over 25 years of martial arts experience and is an eighth-degree black belt in Kajukenbo. Register at the front desk of either fitness center.
