MWR Fitness can help you begin a new fitness regimen or keep you focused on an existing plan with weight management training. This six-week program includes a full physical assessment partnered with nutritional education. A motivational fitness professional will guide you through cardiovascular and weight training exercises, flexibility, strength conditioning, and teach you how to incorporate your target heart rate zone for effective results. You will learn various behavior modifications that assist in living a healthier lifestyle.
A minimum of 6 participants is required to conduct the session. The cost is $75 per person and the program is open to all authorized patrons.
