Get prepared for triathlon season with Navy Hawaii Fitness. This 8-week camp is designed for beginner and experienced athletes and includes training in all three disciplines (swimming, biking and running).
Participants will enjoy brick work (bike/run), practice transitions (sometimes called the fourth discipline), spin workouts, pool workouts and more!
The camp coordinator and coach is Carla Myers, a personal trainer at Bloch Arena. Carla has participated in triathlons since 2003 and marathons since 1995.
